Best Western Hotel Galla

We stayed one night in Best Western Galla as we had a flight to Berlin the next day. We had stayed recently at Best Western Skopje too. The very first thing we noticed was the reception staff both greeted us like old friends with lovely smiles they gave us all the relevant information we felt very welcome. Our room was ideal we had television but not a great selection of channels but that wasn’t important. Tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary bottled water was very welcome. Our bathroom was very well presented with shampoo, conditioner etc great shower. We had dinner in the hotel which was very good. Our waiter looked after us to the best. Breakfast was good. Check out next morning was again a lovely experience reception staff so friendly and professional. Our bus shuttle driver to the airport was an absolute pleasure to chat to he looked after us very well. Best Western is a great hotel to stay in.

Great location by the airport with free shuttle bus available. Ideal for late night arrivals or early morning departures. Rooms very clean, wifi solid, coffee facilities and water in room. Restaurant and bar onsite.

Useful place to stay if you have a late flight to Prishtina Airport. Note that you do not have to walk back to the Airport to get a bus, You can walk back to the first roundabout in the direction of the airport. There is no bus stop but the bus will stop if to hold your hand out. There is a restaurant with a good range of food on the menu which is open until 10pm and the bar until midnight. Helpful and friendly staff.

The Galla is the perfect place to stay if you have late arrivals or early departures from Pristina Airport. Everyone - from the restaurant to the cleaning staff - were helpful, friendly and efficient. Above all I would like to praise and thank Hana and the other staff on reception. 'First impressions are lasting impressions' and she certainly made us feel welcome and handled our late arrival and initial needs with professionalism, kindness and good humour. Thanks to everyone, good job👍

Although we didn't realise there was a shuttle bus this would have been fabulous as we walked from airport instead so used it on way back instead. All staff were super helpful welcoming and we felt we were wanted as tourists there, they couldn't do enough for you and we're informative about the area and the conflict which meant we had to reroute. We had a really good meal and breakfast and we're very comfortable in our room.
